Thermostable alpha-amylase
Introduction: thermostable alpha- amylase is made from bacillus lickeniformis by adopting deeply-submerged fermentation, and it is a liquid. It is usually used to make amylase, alcohol, beer, monosodium glutamate, and also be used in such fields as bio-pharmaceutics and liquefaction. The quality of thermostable amylase meets qb/b2306f¼1997.
1. Characteristics:
+ type of action: thermostable amylase is an endonuclease which can immediately hydrolyze amylum, soluble dextrin and low polysaccharide. It also can immediately reduce the viscocity of gelling starch, then gelling starch are hydrolyzed into dextrin, dextrose and maltose.
+ the effects of ph on amylase activity and amylase stability of this product: when ph ranges from 5.0 to 10.0, it is stable. Its favorable ph ranges from 5.0 to 8.0. Its most favorable ph ranges from 5.5 to 7.0.
ª its favorable temperature is above 90f¦. When it is continuously spouted and liquefied, the temperature could range from 100f¦ to 105f¦.
Appearance: brown liquid
Amylase activity: 20, 000u/ml and 25, 000u/ml
Amylase livability: 90% of amylase can live more than 3 months.
2. Definition and recommended quantity
At 70fpc and ph6.0, the quantity of amylase used to liquefy 1 mg soluble amylum into dextrin is regarded as 1 amylase activity unit. Of 1t amylum, it is better to use 200-400ml thermostable amylase.
3. Packing
This product is packed in plastic drums or in paper cartons without toxicity, 25kgs/drum or 30kgs/cardboard drum. And we also can use packing according to customersf+ requirements.
