Automatic horizontal baling press tb-070840 has 35 or 50 tons pressing force and 3.5~4.5 tons per hour capacity with 40hp(30kw)motor and 150(or 180)mm ram cylinder. It's suitable for scrap materials like smaller paperboards, trimmed papers or plastic films. There is a door opening in the middle of the machine to be fed the waste materials. It can be customized according to the user's requirement. Customers can choose the convenient way of feeding from air cyclone, conveyor or manual.Tb-070840 is very functional and useful for recycling collectors and paper manufacturers especially with lower capacity demand and small scale.

Automatic horizontal baling press tb-050510 series can compress shredded paper or plastic films. It's constituted by 10hp(7.5kw) motor, 125mm ram, 25 tons press force, and the capacity is 1.5 tons per hour. It's designed for various paper makers with small plant and low capacity demand. Tb-050510 was fabricated with rigid body which can make it very durable.
Also, it has strong power including hydraulic unit, cylinder and 3 ways neck tension to compress loosely waste papers into tightly bales.
The feature of the automatic horizontal baling press tb-0911 series are initiative twin cylinder and trouble-free isolated twisters that can tie the bale automatically and make the user to operate it easily. Tb-0911 series is constituted from 30 to 80 motor, 200mm or 225mm ram cylinder, 63 or 80 tons press force, and with 4~12 tons per hour capacity.
