Guar Gum Split is refined endosperm derived from guar seed or cluster bean (cyamoperm tetragonoloba). Guar Splits are non-ionic polysaccharide galacomannan. Guar Gum Refined Split (Endosperm) is mechanically separated from guar seed which yields 28-30% of Refined Split. Guar beans are harvested and dried following the growing season. The beans are shelled from the pods, the germ and hull removed. The resulting guar splits are wet-milled into powder; the powder is graded by granulation and quality. Products are re-blended according to specification, bagged and marked. Guar Gum Split with its versatile inherent properties is used all over the globe with different utilities in many industries like Petroleum (Oil drilling), textile, printing, food pharma, cosmetic, toiletries paper, tanneries, mining, explosives, pet food etc. in powder form either directly plain Guar Gum Powder or in derived form. During last decade Guar has immerged as an important industrial raw material and Produced by man for thousands of years. India has been the single largest producer and exporter of Guar gum accounting for more than 80 percent of the global output and trade. Guar has now assumed a larger role among the domesticated plants due to its unique functional properties. India Ranks First in the production of guar which is grown in the North Western part of the Country which mainly includes the states of Rajasthan, Gujarat, Haryana and Punjab. Other main countries are Pakistan, U.S.A and Brazil The by-product of Guar Gum industry consisting of the outer seed coat and germ material is called guar meal. The Guar meal after gum Extraction is a potential source of protein and contains about 42% crude protein which is one and a half times more than the level of protein in guar seed. The protein content in guar meal is well comparable with that of oil cakes. It is used as a feed for livestock including poultry. Guar meal contains two deleterious factors i.e. residual guar gum and trypsin inhibitor, Toasting of Guar Gum improves its nutritive value in chicks. Toasted guar Meal can be used in limited quantity i.e. Up to 10% in Poultry diet. However it can replace groundnut cake by almost 100% in animal feeds. Guar Gum (Galactomanan) is a high molecular weight carbohydrate polymer made up of a large number of mannose and galactose unit linked together. The crude Guar Gum is a greyish white powder 90% of which dissolves in water. It is non ionic polysaccharide based on the milled endosperm of the guar bean whose average. Composition is: Hydrocolloid: 23% Fats: 40% Proteins: 34% The most important property of the Guar is its ability to hydrate rapidly in cold water to attain a very high viscosity at relatively low concentrations. Its specific colloidal nature gives the solution an excellent thickening power which is 6 to10 times thicker than that obtained from starch. It is stable over a wide range of PH and it also improves the flow ability and pump ability of the fluid. It is a superior friction loss reducing agent.

Guar Gum, E412, CAS no.9000-30-0, food thickener, a polysacharide (a long chain made of sugars) made of the sugars galactose and mannose. Guar Gum appears as a free-flowing, off-white colored, coarse to fine ground powder. It is used in bakery, dairy products, it thickens milk, yogurt, kefir, and liquid cheese products. When mixed with Xanthan gum or Locust bean gum, the viscosity is more than when either one is used alone, so less of each can be used. As an experienced Guar Gum manufacturer and supplier, we has been supplying and exporting Guar Gum for almost 10 years, please be assured to buy from us. Any inquiries about price and the market trend please feel free to contact us, we will reply you within 1 working day. Locust bean gum is a natural hydrocolloid extracted from locust tree seeds. The endosperm of carob seeds are separated from germ and testa by various processes then ground to locust bean gum. Locust bean gum imparts smooth flow properties, freeze- thaw stability and appropriate thickening to a wide range of products. It also improves gel strength when used in combination with K-Carrageenan. Locust Bean Gum provides brightness high viscosity the whitest coloured and highest gel strength. Locust bean gum dissolves completely above 75 C. Usage level : 0.1 â?? 0.9 %. We mainly produce the following Locust bean Gum grades; Locust Bean Gum A-01 (2800 -3000 cps):Top grade Locust Bean Gum suitable for the products where high viscosity and whiteness are important. Locust Bean Gum A-02 (2400- 2600 cps): Medium grade Locust Bean Gum suitable for the products where high viscosity is not very important. Locust Bean Gum A-03 (2000 -2200 cps): Standard grade Locust Bean Gum suitable for the products where both high viscosity and whiteness are not very important.
Tara gum, E417, CAS no.39300-88-4, used as a thickening agent and stabilizer for food, produced by separating and grinding the endosperm of Caesalpinia spinosa seeds. Characteristics as Emulsifiers, Stabilisers, Thickeners and Gelling Agents. The viscosity of a 1% solution of Tara gum is around 5,500 cps, similar to guar gum and almost three times higher than locust bean gum. Uses in a wide range of food applications such as baked goods, dairy products, frozen desserts, water jellies, fruit preparations, meat based products, sauces and dressings. The Gum Is Harvested Commercially From Wild Trees, Mostly In Sudan (80%) And Throughout The Sahel, From Senegal To Somalia. Gum Arabic Is A Key Ingredient In Traditional Lithography And Is Used In Printing, Paint Production, Glue, Cosmetics, And Various Industrial Applications, Including Viscosity Control In Inks And In Textile Industries, Though Less Expensive Materials Compete With It For Many Of These Roles. Types We Offer? Best Gum Arabic Supplier In Sudan 1. Hashab Gum (acacia Senegal): We Offer This Type In One Grade Called The Cleaned Grade Which Is The Standard Grade Varying From Light To Dark Amber, Comprises Whole Or Broken Lumps And It Contains A Minimal Amount Of Siftings (fine Particles) But Dust, Bark, And Dirt Are Removed. 2. Talha Gum (acacia Seyal): Also Known As Talha And Its Considers Commercially As Second-grade Gum. We Sort This Type Into Four Grades: 1.talha Sifting Grade: Particle Size (0.5mm ~ 4mm). 2.talha Grade 3 (g3): Particle Size (4mm And Above). 3.talha Dust Grade: Particle Size (under 0.5mm). 4.talha Cleaned: Consist Of A Minimum Of 35% Sifting And 65 % G3. Source Of Gum Arabic The World's Supply Of Gum Arabic Comes From Sudan The Gum Exported Came From The Band Of Acacia Trees That Once Covered Much Of The Sahel Region, The Southern Littoral Of The Sahara Desert That Runs From The Atlantic Ocean To The Red Sea.
