Product Specification A ball bearing is a type of rolling-element bearing that uses balls to maintain the separation between the bearing races. The purpose of a ball bearing is to reduce rotational friction and support radial and axial loads. It achieves this by using at least two races to contain the balls and transmit the loads through the balls. In most applications, one race is stationary and the other is attached to the rotating assembly (e.g., a hub or shaft). As one of the bearing races rotates it causes the balls to rotate as well. Because the balls are rolling they have a much lower coefficient of friction than if two flat surfaces were sliding against each other. Ball bearings tend to have lower load capacity for their size than other kinds of rolling-element bearings due to the smaller contact area between the balls and races. However, they can tolerate some misalignment of the inner and outer races. MBP use improved ball quality to so to provide noise free bearings and smooth running MBP ball bearings have an optimized surface finish on all the contact surfaces to provide the sufficient lubrications this allows the bearings to run cooler and last longer

Product Specification The inner and outer ring raceways are segments of cones and the rollers are also made with a taper so that the conical surfaces of the raceways and the roller axes if projected, would all meet at a common point on the main axis of the bearing.> This conical geometry is used as it gives a larger contact patch, which permits greater loads to be carried than with spherical (ball) bearings, while the geometry means that the tangential speeds of the surfaces of each of the rollers are the same as their raceways along the whole length of the contact patch and no differential scrubbing occurs. When a roller slides rather than rolls, it can generate wear at the roller-to-race interface, i.e. the differences in surface speeds creates a scrubbing action. Wear will degenerate the close tolerances normally held in the bearing and can lead to other problems. Much closer to pure rolling can be achieved in a tapered roller bearing and this avoids rapid wear. The rollers are guided by a flange on the inner ring. This stops the rollers from sliding out at high speed due to their momentum. The larger the half angles of these cones the larger the axial force that the bearing can sustain. Tapered roller bearings are separable and have the following components: outer ring, inner ring, and roller assembly (containing the rollers and a cage). The non-separable inner ring and roller assembly is called the cone, and the outer ring is called the cup. Internal clearance is established during mounting by the axial position of the cone relative to the cup.

two kinds of flap wheel can be available: 1: Flap wheel with metal center specification:diameters:2í¦-20í¦,width:3/4í¦-7í¦ and various specific spec. features:it has the sharp grinding and cutting blades and high security and is ideal for surface polish of metals Applications:it can be mounted on various automatic and manual lapping machines for the grinding and polishing operations, suitable for all sorts of metals. 2: Flap wheel with plastic core specification:width:1í»í»2í»í»and other specifications,diameters:4í»í» 6í»í» 8í»í» 10í»í» 12í»í» and other spec. features:it is poured and injected for molding directly once with high-temperature glue,so that the safety and the adaptability for various specifications of middle holes have been improved. Grits:40#-400# Flap Wheels are manufactured from strips of high quality aluminum oxide material closely packed and radically bonded to a shaft or metal center. These wheels are more durable and provide a longer and cooler cutting action than is possible using conventional discs. Recommended for cleaning, deburring, blending, and polish grinding on stainless steel, aluminum, etc. Conformable to most shapes, they are available in coarse to fine grit.
