1.Moringa leaves can be harvested after the plant
is 6 - 12 months the harvesting proces is done by picking
the leaf stalks from the braches.
2. Moringa leaves that have been saved are washed
with running water to remove dust and dirt.
3. Drying using a lamp for 3 days at temperature of 28 - 30
to maintain nutrients. Dried moringa leaves have a dryness
of 10% - 12% and a lenght of 2 cm and a width of 1 cm
