This device adopt Electro-Magnetic induction theory, can fast heat small metal parts on auto or machines. Mainly used for heating Rusted/ Frozen/ Corrosive Bolt, Nut, Fasteners, Suspension Nut, Gears, Pulley, and Bearings etc. Meanwhile, it also can help removing stickers on cars.
Heating Abilities: In around 30 seconds, it can heat a 20mm diameter bolt to a temperature above 300 C, maximum temperature can reach around 750 C.
The advantage if using this device is it is totally flameless, comparing with traditional way of heating by fire, it is much safer and of higher work efficiency, without the worry of harming the adjacent area. Light weight, do not need water cooling, and very easy to use.
