Rtv 2 molding siliconerubber has high duplication times. Operation step for rtv 2 molding silicone rubber: 1. Step one to use rtv 2molding silicone rubber: take 100g of part a and add 2g of part b and mix thesilicon rubber and the curing agent evenly. 2. Step two to use rtv 2molding silicone rubber: vacuum pumping 3. Without exception, thistakes less than 10 minutes. Otherwise, it will cause cross linking reaction, and no more further steps will be available. 4. Step three to use rtv 2molding silicone rubber: brushing cast & perfusion molding operation. 25kgs/drum vacuum package or 200kgs/drum
