SANDI SERIES charging module is for electric vehicle charging station. With single-phase non neutral conductor AC input, it has the advantages of high efficiency, high power density and low harmonic. Functional details 1. Hot plug Plug technology is applied to the charging module to provide convenience for installation and maintenance. The access of the charging module to the system shall not disturb the output voltage of the system. 2. Advanced current sharing technology Under constant voltage working mode, the charging modules can share current automatically within 10S, with degree of unbalance less than �±0.5A. 3. Control of input limited power Refer to Fig. 1-10 for the relation between the output power and input voltage of the charging module. When the input voltage is within 360 Vac ~ 450 Vac (return difference is less than 5V), the module can output the maximum power of 20 KW; when the input voltage is within 260 Vac ~ 320 Vac, the module can still work normally under limited power mode. 4. Control of output constant power When there is a rated input voltage, the output power of the module is 20 KW. Refer to Fig. 11 for the relation between the output voltage and the output current of the module. The SD75050 module uses two operating modes with output voltage ranges of 50 to 750V. The module only selects the operating mode based on the value of the received demand voltage, and does not select the operating mode based on the actual output voltage. 5. Temperature limited power 6. Regulation of output current limiting point 8. Regulation of output voltage The output voltage of the module can be regulated constantly through the external monitoring module, with regulation range of 50Vdc ~ 750Vdc and minimum regulation step of 0.1 Vdc. 9. Fan control The built-in processor of the module can regulate the speed of the fan according to the internal temperature and output current of the module. 10. Protection of input overvoltage/ voltage shortage 11. Output overvoltage protection The overvoltage protection point is 260Vdc ~770Vdc (�±10 Vdc). Default is 778Vdc.The module can be started after manual intervention upon overvoltage protection. 12. Over-temperature protection The environmental over-temperature protection point is 80�°C. When the DC panel has a temperature over 100�°C, the module will stop working; when the DC panel has a temperature below 90�°C, the module will automatically work again. 13. Protection of internal bus fault When the internal bus voltage of the module is beyond the overvoltage/ voltage shortage protection point, the module will be powered off automatically. At this time, there is no output from the module and the fault indicator light is on. 14. Short circuit protection In case of short circuit of the module, it will be subjected to protective shutdown and the red indicator light of the panel is on, and this condition will be transmitted to the monitor of the "module fault".

The function of a capacitor in a fan is to store electrostatic energy in an electric field and where possible, to supply this energy to the circuit. The role of a capacitor in a fan is to prevent a dangerous failure of the circuit, they allow the AC to move but block the flow of DC. A condenser, also known as a capacitor, is used in a fan to help regulate the electrical current flowing through the mot. The function of the condenser in a refrigeration system is to transfer heat from the refrigerant to another medium, such as air and/or water. By rejecting heat, the gaseous refrigerant condenses to liquid inside the condenser. A condenser is an essential component within any HVAC system. Its purpose is to take in high-pressure refrigerant gas, emitted by the compressor, and convert it into liquid state. The refrigerant is cooled and then condenses at a virtually constant temperature and pressure. A capacitor can help a fan motor to run at a higher speed by helping to regulate the current flowing through the motor. A capacitor is connected to the start winding in a Fan. In low power induction motor like fan it is left connected permanently, so as the capacitor ages speed of Fan reduces.
