They are coming from both green and black olives from our great olives, adding up the production method of cold extraction under 27 �°C resulting in a balanced, rich and so mild olive oil which brings all the characteristics of the Mediterranean diet in your plate.
Plus, we can supply our olive oils from our farm to buyers during the whole season. We are not aiming to sell, we aim to create reliable and strong brands in the markets which we joined and we are trusting in our quality to achieve the goal.
