Main Technical Performance of Production Line
1.Overview: the production line is to produce diameter 19 50mm, wall thickness 0.7-2.0mm, special equipment for high-frequency Longitudinal Welded Pipe and corresponding square pipe and special-shaped pipe. The equipment composition is from feeding to cutting and blanking, and the pipe making speed is adjusted accordingly with the change of pipe making specification.
2.Raw Materials: the applicable strip steel materials are hot-rolled or cold-rolled, pre galvanized strip steel coils such as ordinary carbon steel Q195 and Q235 (in accordance with GB700-88 or gb1591-88)
