II.Working principle of tunnel microwave drying sterilization machine:
When the equipment is running, the microwave is first generated by the microwave generator, and the temperature is evaporated under the action of the microwave energy. The water vapor is removed by the dehumidification system to achieve the purpose of drying. The bacteria in the material are killed by the biological and thermal effects produced by the microwave electromagnetic field. Due to the low drying temperature and high speed, the loss of active ingredients in the drug is small. Microwave can also kill various molds and eggs in the medicine to prevent mold and insects from being stored.
