Butyl Reclaim Rubber is unique product which is recycled out of scrap butyl rubber tubes and butyl capsules that are refined and without grains. The scrap Butyl tubes are pure Butyl and no other polymer content is present.

Production Process Of Butyl Reclaimed Rubber
Butyl scrap is gathered from a network of licenced suppliers and then sorted to guarantee that only Butyl is accepted for reclamation. The entire procedure is split into two parts. The scrap is put through many stages in the first phase to guarantee that it is free of impurities.

In the second phase, the material is depolymerized and filtered for metal impurities using screens ranging from 60 to 100 mesh, and then refined for crushing the rubber granules using high-quality rubber refiners to obtain the original depolymerized Butyl reclaim rubber.
