FLAT SPRAY NOZZLES
Type "C" flat nozzles are designed for high pressure washing applications. Flat nozzles are designed for high pressure washing applications. Their specially designed inner profile allows for even jet distribution, which results in effective and uniform cleaning action over the surface being processed. All nozzles are finished on high precision machinery assuring close manufacturing tolerances made out of AISI 316 grade stainless steel and all machinable material. Design: One piece construction, Non clogging type. Application: Surface Treatment, Roll Cooling, Degreasing & Rinsing, Lubricating, Industrial washing machines.

HOLLOW CONE NOZZLES:
These hollow cone nozzles work on the tangential flow principle and are manufactured by machine tool operation from metal bar stock. This offers versatile construction of small sized nozzles. In addition nozzles can be made on request from any special materials and alloys that are available as a bar stock. There are Following types of hollow cone nozzles: (1) Tangential Entry (2) Inline (Axial) Entry (3) Spiral Hollow cone. Design : Vaneless (Two Piece Construction ) Non clogging Application : Cooling & Washing of gas

SuperKlean's new DuraFlow spray nozzle with a hook was specifically designed to prevent accidental spray as well as allow the user the capability to hang the nozzle when not in service. Its unique cover design is not only durable, but also prevents the front mounted levers, which reduce hand fatigue and offer smooth lever action, from being accidentally activated when the nozzle is dropped. The new DuraFlow spray nozzles also come with a trigger locking mechanism for a safe and secure method of maintaining the nozzle open at any spray pattern.

Variable spray patterns, adjustable from fan spray to solid stream, is one of the many features offered by the new SuperKlean DuraFlow spray nozzle. Water conservation is assured upon release of lever by the drip-free automatic shutoff feature.

Its cover design is not only durable, but also protects the user from hot surfaces produced by high temperature washdown applications. The DuraFlow mini reduces hand fatigue and offers smooth lever action.
