MJ-EP77/11 Product Description MJ-EP77/11 is a highly efficient and stable foaming agent, commonly used in water borne polyurethane resins and water borne synthetic leather, to soften the artificial leather or polyurethane coating after curing. Product Characteristics Fast foaming speed with high efficiency, can reach as low as 200 g/ L foam density (about five times the foaming rate); Fine, smooth and even foam with high stability; It can withstand more stringent process conditions, especially in higher drying temperature, to make applied products not prone to cracking or produce other surface defects; Adapted to a wide range of pH and salinity, and is not affected by water hardness; Compared with other commercially available ionic foaming agent, MJ-EP77/11 has a higher molecular weight and significantly reduces the probability of migration in the finished product.
