Prune Pitting Machine

(1) The full-automatic Ximei nuclear remover adopts a device with high degree of automation and automatic feeding and feeding of mold conveyor belt for conveying and core washing. It only needs to pour the fruit into the feed hopper to complete the separation effect of core and meat. It can work continuously and solve the difficulties of low efficiency, labor-consuming and time-consuming manual nuclear removal.
(2) The structure of the full-automatic Ximei nuclear remover is composed of 304 stainless steel thick wall square tube and channel steel welding, which enhances the stability of the equipment during startup and operation. All parts are fastened and assembled with bolts, making the equipment more convenient and fast in operation and maintenance.
(3) The raw material of the equipment is made of 304 stainless steel, which fully meets the hygienic standard of food processing equipment. The conveyor belt is made of imported polyurethane, which is anti-wear, tensile and tear resistant, and has a longer service life.
(4) The automatic Ximei de coring machine is simple and convenient to operate and does not need to be watched for a long time. One person can manage multiple machines at the same time. The transmission system adopts the design concept and standardized components. The core punching principle adopts the process of machine tool to punch the core, so that each equipment meets the design standard and has high precision, so that the effect of de coring rate is good, and the shape of fruit is completely unchanged.
