Handpush thermoplastic road marking machine's floor knife adopts imported hard tungsten steel knife-head with high viscidity and abrasion resistance, which makes the line edge facile and straight.
1.Marking shoe: Marking shoe and paint tank are integrally designed and hung inside frame of the chassis.The discharging port adopts double-closure to avoid leaking. Screeding knife made of fire resistance, abrasion resistance and oxidation resistance adopts screeding structure to make good quality markings, which ensures the head of marking more regular. Sieve in the paint tank effectively removes the impurity in it. The capacity of the shoe:65kg
2.Heating system: Petroleum liquified gas tank is used for respectively gas to front and back two row nozzles and outside inflame gun, whose power is controlled by different valves. The valves and gas tools adopt imported parts, and connection pipes are imported rubber pipes with heat and pressure resistance.
3.Glass beads bin: With gear transmission, the dispensing gear definitely rolls. Equip with automatic clutch device synchronous with screeding shoe; bin with windows can check the quantity of glass beads in time. The capacity: 30kg.
4.Chassis: Firm welding frame, the surface has been galvanized, chrome-plated or high temperature treatment. Equip with heat resistance (350), abrasion resistance modified rubber with the diameter 200mm, which can effectively prevent tackless or deformation after long time of high temperature work. The wheel nave is made of refined steel, and equip with high speed imported bearing, which makes the whole machine lighter and more convenient.
5.Handle bar: Individual design conforms to the requirements of human body project. The operation height can be adjusted according to the needs of the operator.

Primer, a bonding material is used when making the heat fusion road markings. The prime can prevent the film from coming off and strengthen the adhesive force between the film and the road surface. Primer(sprayable) machine is the assistant equipment for drawing heat fusion markings. It chooses the gasoline engine as its power working together with the auto aircompressor to paint, which improves the working efficiency, meanwhile reduces the intensity of labor. It will not bring any noise or pollution. The guide bar of the paint gun can be adjusted up and down, in order to adjust the width of the paint accuratly and conveniently.
