DTZ-400G Series Surface Temperature Calibration System is primarily used to calibrate surface sensors of various sizes and types, such as thermistors, film sensors, surface resistance thermometers, ribbon sensors, surface thermocouples, and more. The product consists of a controller and a heater. It is easy to operate, intuitive to display, and can be heated simply by setting the temperature.The temperature rises rapidly and the multi-stage PID temperature control is accurate. The effective use range is up to 130mm in diameter and has a communication interface to communicate with the computer. This product can be used as an infrared camera calibration source if it is slightly changed.

The Smartec infrared sensor type SMTIR9902SIL is a standard Smartec SMTIR9902 sensor equipped with a silicon lens for measuring radiation temperatures within a small angle of view (7.27'). The SMTIR9902SIL contains a NI1000 temperature sensor for measuring the temperature of the sensor itself. The temperature range of this internal sensor is -20 to 100 'C. The sensor is mounted in a modified TO-05 encapsulation.

The sensor works with 4 electrodes: An alternating current of constant voltage is established between a primary pair of electrodes in graphite. The secondary electrodes in platinum regulate the voltage imposed to the primary electrodes to reflect the fouling. The Smartec infrared sensors SMTIR9901 and SMTIR9902 are sophisticated full silicon infrared sensors which can be used in measuring the radiation temperature without any contact. For the different radiation temperature ranges various filters are available. The sensor type SMTIR9902 contains a temperature sensor for measuring the temperature of the sensor itself. The temperature range of the sensor-element is between - 40 to 100 'C. The sensor is available in a standard TO-05 encapsulation and with a 5.5. µm. high pass filter.

Principle of thr measurement
There are three modes in heat transmission,thermal conduction, radiation and convection. If the heat flow sensor is placed on the surface of the material, it measures the total value of those three modes. If the sensor is placed inside the material, it directly measures the heat transmission caused by thermal conduction.
