Graphene Oxide is a two dimensional nano material. It is synthesised from graphite material. Its applications are very wide, bio sensors, solar cells, flexible electronic circuit boards, concrete admixture, and various other products. The graphene oxide shall be reduced into reduced graphene oxide which is having great mechanical and thermal properties. Hence, in recent years its usage is growing fast in various industrial applications to improve thermo, electric and mechanical properties.

Natural Gypsum: Gypsum (CaSO4.2H2O) is a naturally occurring mineral mined from deposits formed by ancient sea beds as a raw material, white when pure, but commonly grey, yellow, red or brown, owing to impurities. The anhydrous form (CaSO4), anhydrite, is common. We are enlisted amongst the topmost INatural Gypsum Importers and Exporters from India. Applications: Gypsum has many industrial applications in its raw or Calcined forms, especially in the building and construction industries. Uses of Raw Gypsum are principally as: - a retarder for Portland cement - a fertilizer or soil conditioner - mineral filler - oxidizing agent in glass manufacture or other industrial applications. Most gypsum is calcined and used in the manufacturing of plaster products. Wallboard and plaster requires gypsum contents greater than 85%, although producers prefer a minimum of 94–95% along with whiteness in color. The major consumers of the Gypsum at present are Cement Industry. By weight about 4% to 6% Gypsum in crushed condition is utilized in Portland Cement Manufacture after mixing with cement/clinker. Gypsum acts as a retarder and controls the setting time of cement. Imported Gypsum from Iran: Natural Gypsum is one of the most superior qualities and consistent material available for Import and Export. Natural Gypsum has adequate whiteness, high purity as well as it is low in cost which makes it absolutely feasible for white cements as well as Plaster Of Paris manufacturing and for the Cement Industry all together. One more important quality that distinguishes Natural Gypsum from others is its hardness which is less as compared to other sources and allows different industries to easily grind the same for processing into final product which in turn results in to reduced power consumption for manufacturing industries.
Bentonite as is a particular kind of clay derived from volcanic ash and consists mainly of montmorillonite with minor amount of illite, kaolinite, cristobalite and other minerals. Bentonite has strong colloidal properties and, when in contact with water, increases its volume several fold by swelling, forming a tixotropic, gelatinous substance. Main uses of Bentonite take advantage of these colloidal properties. The main characteristics of Bentonite is its decolorizing power, that is the property of the earth to absorb selectively certain pigments rather than others according to the characteristics of the product to be decolourized(acidity, oxidation degree, origin and biological state etc.) APPLICATIONS For Drilling Fluids Pilling Binder (e.g. foundry-sand bond, iron ore pelletizer) Purifier Electrical Earthing Agriculture Cosmetics, Paper, Paints and Ceramics Absorbent (e.g. pet litter), and As a Groundwater Barrier. We CEMENTATION acquire own mines for Bentonite in India. We supply Bentonite for industrial, manufacturing, construction and drilling applications. Our production or supply capacity is more than 250,000 TPA. At CEMENTATION a special attention is given while mining Bentonite as the materials physical and chemical properties are depended upon the interference of the other metal ions present in the soil. Once the material sourced from mines are transferred to our factory and are left for drying in an open land to reduce moisture up to the desired level. After the drying process and other checks are done our skilled manpower will do a sorting of the material and then after the material goes to pulverizes for grinding to desired mesh size and are packed according to customers requirement. Our laboratories are well equipped to meet the needs of the diverse markets we serve.

The feldspar mineral is by far the most plentiful mineral found beneath the earth. It is used in most of the daily usage products. Feldspars are classified into three types: feldspar, pegmatite, and feldspathic sand, and their alumina and alkali content make them ideal for industrial purposes Feldspars and pegmatites are useful functional fillers in the paint and glue industries, as well as fluxing agents in ceramics and glass manufacture. Feldsparâ??s physical properties include high potassium and low iron content. It has pH stability and has consistent hardness with a rating of 6 to 6.5 on the Mohs scale. It is majorly found and mined in the state of Rajasthan. We at Aryan tiles develop Feldspar minerals with the specialized qualities to cater to the specific industries such as ceramics, glass, and paints to mention a few. Feldspar is an excellent source of alumina leading to improvement in the end-product hardness, durability, and chemical corrosion resistance. A feldspar is typically referred to as 'potash' if there is significantly more potassium than sodium (typically there will be 2-5% Na2O). It is also used as fluxing agent for flat and container glass, as well as insulation wools and also in the ceramic industry. Our Feldspar mineral is known for its low quantities of colored oxides, making them ideal for manufacturing white tiles and sanitary ware. Further, Feldspar is also used in paints industry as it has great dispersibility, chemical inertness, pH stability, abrasion resistance and low viscosity. White soda feldspar has high sodium content. It is a common raw ingredient used in glass, ceramics, and to some extent in paint, plastics, and rubber as a filler and extender. The alumina from feldspar improves the hardness, durability, and chemical corrosion resistance of glass. Feldspar's alkalis (calcium oxide, potassium oxide, and sodium oxide) operate as a flux in ceramics, reducing the melting temperature of a mixture. We at Aryan Tiles have an enormous selection of both white potash and white soda feldspar minerals. We have a deep understanding of how our Feldspar minerals can be used in manufacturing our customersâ?? end-products and suit their particular industryâ??s needs. And, thus we have been able to supply to various industries and optimize our customersâ?? product manufacturing with our premium quality mineral
Fly ash is a finely divided residue made from the combustion of pulverized coal that can be used to increase concrete durability and workability, while reducing permeability. As fly ash contains aluminous and siliceous components, it may form cement when mixed with water if the calcium content of the fly ash is high enough. Similarly, mixing fly ash with lime and water can create a substance similar to Portland cement. Fly ash can be separated into two main types, known as: Class F Class F fly ash contains particles covered in a type of melted glass allowing it to reduce the risk of concrete expansion and increase resistance to sulfates and alkali-aggregate reactions. Class C Class C fly ash contains a higher percentage of calcium oxide, making it more effective in strengthening structural concrete. Applications & Benefits of Fly Ash: Fly ash is used in commercial and industrial sectors for improving the durability and workability of concrete mixes. Fly ash is also used as filler in paints, adhesives, and metal and plastic composites. It's commonly used as structural fill for road construction and fly ash can be used to make bricks, ceramic tiles, plaster, Portland cement, and ready-mix cement.
