Gildemerster Styrofoam Moulding CNC Router machine is one type of CNC Router Machine which is designed for do engraving and carving job on styrofoam foam and other foam type to make mould or EPS sculptures .Machine has been designed with extra heavy duty structure ,gantry with higher power driver and motors to enable machine has bigger loading size as well as carving distance for Z axis .Normal CNC Router Machine normally has 200-300mm working size for Z axis .however ,when it comes to carving work on EPS or styrofoam for different mould or sculptures,it would be noticed that small distance between gantry and machine table could not handle the size .Styrofoam Moulding CNC Router machine had been developed under this circumstance and good to used for making statue ,sculptures and other molds and which requires high accurate carving and engraving job.
