north of the country. Both are registered in SENASA.
For the Hydrothermal process, according to the requirement of the FDA, for fresh fruits a hydrothermal process must
be carried out, at an adequate temperature and time per caliber accordingto the client's requirement, with which
the afore mentioned processing plants have the complete hydrothermal process with certified tubs.
Fresh fruit with a tropical flavor, refreshing, for domestic use such as fresh fruit, juices, smoothies, desserts and cooking in general. Healthy, clean, of the Indica mangifera species for fresh consumption. Seasonal product. Production begins in November in the San Lorenzo Valley, Piura and ends in March, in the Casma Valley, Ancash. â?¢ Color: Green skin with red in its immature state, and yellow with red veneer in its mature state. â?¢ Pulp color: Depends on the degree of maturity, it ranges from light yellow with white areas to an intense orange. â?¢ Smell: Characteristic of the fruit. â?¢ Taste: Sweet characteristic of the fruit â?¢ Degree of Maturity: Green (pulp hard to the touch), Ripe (soft pulp, ready for consumption) â?¢ �° Brix: minimum 8 physiological maturation / mature 12-14 �° brix. Refrigerated product, very susceptible to changes in temperature in the stages of storage, distribution and marketing. It should be stored at a temperature of 9 to 10 degrees Celsius. Packed according to caliber in corrugated cardboard boxes and waxed with a generic design for the handle, or specified by the client. The presentation in terms of weight is 4 kilos per palletized box in pallets of 240 standard boxes.

Kent Mango
We are providing Kent mangoes from Senegal. The Kent mango is juicy, tender flesh with limited fibers. The color are dark green and often has a dark red blush over a small portion of the mango. We are offering many quantities with the best qualities depending on the exporter will.
This type of mango is an open pollinated seedling of the cultivar. This type of mango is sometimes mistaken for the quite similar looking cultivar Keitt, the difference is that it matures earlier (as early as March). The large fruit is greenish yellow with a red or crimson blush on the shoulder.
