Product Description
Potassium Formate is chemically represented by the formula KCOOH. Potassium Formate is available as stock, clear fluid which can be used in workover and completion operations that require a density to 13.2ppg(1.58SG) and a base liquid for drill-in fluids. Formate-base brines are considered to have better HSE characteristics than chlorides and bromides brines for many applications. Although more expensive than alternative brines, potassium formate brines show excellent thermal stabilization effects on natural polymers and the potassium ions provides excellent clay stabilization and swelling inhibition of shales. Sodium formate is available as a dry-sacked material and as a stock liquid.
Applications/Functions
Used in workover and completion operations that require clear fluids with a density up to 13.2ppg

It is produced by the alkylation of benzene with linear olefins, which are obtained from kerosene. The resulting product is a clear, colorless liquid that is used in the manufacture of household and industrial cleaning products.
LAB is an important raw material used in the manufacture of detergents and surfactants. It is used as a key ingredient in laundry detergents, dishwashing liquids, and other cleaning products. LAB is also used in the production of industrial cleaners, such as degreasers and metal cleaners.
The advantages of using LAB in the production of detergents and surfactants include its excellent cleaning properties, compatibility with different formulations, and biodegradability. LAB is also an environmentally friendly alternative to other surfactants, such as linear alkylbenzene sulfonate (LAS), which is less biodegradable and more toxic to aquatic life.
In summary, Linear alkylbenzene (LAB) is a clear, colorless liquid that is used in the manufacture of household and industrial cleaning products. It is an important raw material used in the production of detergents and surfactants. The advantages of using LAB in the production of detergents and surfactants include its excellent cleaning properties, compatibility with different formulations, and biodegradability. It is also an environmentally friendly alternative to other surfactants.
Heavy Alkyl Benzene (HAB) is a byproduct in the process of linear alkyl benzene (LAB) production. The potential of the usage of HAB in the formulation of gasoline and diesel engine oils as well as hydraulic fluid is indicated. With the aim of passing 5W30, 5W40, 10W40, and 15W40 standards, different engine oils have been formulated. The formulations contain various amounts of HAB as minor component, and miscellaneous quantities of solvent neutral 100 (SN-100), SN-150, and SN-650 as major component. The measurement of typical properties of obtained oils indicates that some of them do have the intended criteria. Test field of the recent oils designate that they have good performance. In the next step, different blends of HAB as major component and polyisobutene (PIB) as minor component have successfully been employed in the formulation of several ISO grade hydraulic fluids. The achieved materials do have suitable air release and demulsibility. HAB is also used as a key ingredient in laundry detergents, dishwashing liquids, and other cleaning products. The advantages of using HAB in the production of detergents and surfactants include its excellent cleaning properties, compatibility with different formulations, and biodegradability. HAB is also an environmentally friendly alternative to other surfactants, such as linear alkylbenzene sulfonate (LAS), which is less biodegradable and more toxic to aquatic life.
Lactic Acid Liquid, E270, CAS no.50-21-5, Chemical Formula C3H6O3, is a carboxylic acid manufacturing process through fermentation from corn starch. The lactic acid is a yellowish to colorless liquid, property having a mild acid odor and taste. Many bacterial species produce lactic acid, with Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium, Streptococcus, Pediococcus and Leuconostoc. Lactic acid used as acid ingredient in sour dairy products, fermented fruits and vegetables and in sausages.

HFC-245fa, or 1,1,1,3,3-pentafluoropropane, is a third-generation alternative blowing agent designed to replace chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) and hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs) in various applications.
It is primarily utilized as a blowing agent for rigid polyurethane (PU) foam, which is extensively used in refrigerators, cold storage, and building boards.
Additionally, HFC-245fa serves as a refrigerant, effectively replacing R-123 and R-22 refrigerants in central air conditioning systems (chillers).
HFC-245fa's high purity and low moisture content make it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Cocamidopropyl Betaine (CAPB) is a sticky, yellow liquid with a slightly "fatty" odor. It is derived from raw coconut oil, which is combined with dimethylaminopropylamine to create a surfactant. Surfactants break the surface tension in water, loosen dirt, and rinse it away.
CAPB, also known as coco amido propyl betaine, is known for creating thick, luxurious-feeling formulas and lathering well in cold water. It is often used in "no tear formulas" due to its gentler nature compared to sulfates. CAPB is a popular ingredient in personal care products due to its affordable price, effective cleaning capabilities, and coconut-derived origin. It has become a favored alternative to sulfates, which can cause irritation and dryness.
