For a long time most of them adopt the bridge method for measurement which is complicated in operation and the measurement accuracy is affected by many factors thus leading to a large measurement error. With the rapid development of electronic technology and the power industry for small volume light weight easy to operate rapid measurement high precision measurement instrument requirements I refer to domestic and foreign related instruments developed in the domestic leading insulation oil dielectric loss factor and dc resistivity tester. The instrument is designed and manufactured according to gb5654-2007 and related standards. It has oil discharge electromagnetic switch, the operator can remove the sample oil from oil cup under the condition of don’t remove the oil cup, and can clean the oil cup with sample oil. 2, the instrument uses induction heating, PID temperature control algorithm. The heating mode has the advantages of oil cup and heating body non-contact, heat evenly, fast, and easy to control the temperature strictly controlled within the preset temperature error range. 3, the internal standard capacitor is the SF6 inflatable three electrode type capacitor.
