Coconut Sugar is a natural sugar made from coconut palm tree sap's sugary fluid. The sap is placed at very high heat until most of the water is evaporated and left with sugar granules. It is then sieved with different mesh sizes and packed.
Coconut blossom sugar are low on Glycemic Index (GI), high in nutrients and has 16 vital amino acids. It can be used as 1:1 replacement for normal sugar. It comes in the purest form without any additions for color, flavor or as preservatives.
The Glycemic Index (GI) is a relative ranking of carbohydrate in foods according to how they affect blood glucose levels. Carbohydrates with a low GI value (55 or less) are more slowly digested, absorbed and metabolized and cause a lower and slower rise in blood glucose and, therefore usually, insulin levels.

All requires skill and attention in order to preserve the quality sap from overcooking or other mishandling, selecting through quality assessment of the liquid sap, drying, selecting again, packing, and delivery.
We have our own farmer who controlled by our own Internal Control System Team, we also visited by Control Union staff frequently. Every each batch of production is using a production and organic code. Then we can tracking every quality of our product even from our farmers tree. We have a complete data of our farmer and their coconut tree. Our control is very strict due to meet our consumer quality needs.
