HCSA BINDER is a hydraulic binder based on calcium sulphoaluminate, rather than calcium aluminates which are the basis of CALCIUM ALUMINATE CEMENT or calcium silicates which are the basis of PORTLAND CEMENT. 1- Buyer issues a Letter of Intention (LOI) addressed to Seller;
2- Seller issues a Soft Corporate Offer (SCO);
3- If Buyer accepts SCO, signs and seals SCO and then sends to Seller;
4- Seller issues Full Corporate Offer (FCO);
5- Buyer signs and seals FCO and issues an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO), addressed to Seller;
6- Seller issues draft of Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) to be discussed and commented;
7- SPA is signed by Seller and Buyer;
8- Buyer issues draft of the Payment Instrument (SBLC/DLC) for approval by Seller�´s Bank;
9- If Seller�´s Bank accepts, Buyer issues the bank guarantee (SBLC/DLC);
10- Seller issues Performance Bond (PB) 2%;
11- Seller prepares the product and export documents;
12- Buyer receives the export documents by mail;
13- Buyer makes payment 100% to Seller ´s Bank through transfer bank (Swift Message MT-103);
14- Shipping;
15- Seller sends the original export documents to Buyer;

OPC clinker is main product in manufacturing of the CEM I & CEM II cements product with different strength category starting from 22.4 Mpas up to 52.5. with early strength starting from 10 mega pascal for normal type or more than 20 mega pascals for rapid type. the main parameters of the clinker are C3S, Cao. the C3S varied between 56 to 60 % and CaO is more than 60% . we can deliver the clinker from Turkey, Egypt, KSA .
Crown Portland Composite Cement is CEM-II/A-M which is a cement consisting of Clinker, Gypsum, Pulverized Fuel Ash (PFA), Blast Furnance Slag and Limestone designated by the specifications of BDS EN 197-1: 2003; CEM -II/A-M (V-S-L), 42.5 N. PCC is the most suitable cement for constructions in Bangladesh. CEM â?? II /A-M contains 80-94% Clinker, which is substantially higher than CEM â?? II/B-M containing 65 â?? 79% Clinker that provide us extra advantage in strength development and increase concrete performance.
Both slag & fly ash (PFA) are used in PCC. Percentage of SiO2 in PFA is higher than slag which is advantageous to gain more long-term strength and ensure durable concrete. This type of cement is used for large constructions all around the world and it has been used during the last few decades.
The hydration process of normal cement produces Calcium Silicate Hydrate CHS & Calcium Hydroxide Ca(OH)2. Calcium Hydroxide Ca(OH)2 does not contribute to gain strength and it is the weak part of reaction which is not suitable for concrete. Since PFA contains higher portion of reactive silica and slag contains alumina, it helps to convert Ca(OH)2 into CSH to gain further strength.
