From 3ton/hr to 50ton/hr capacity, single chain or double chain type.
Rise powder or pellet vertically.
This sort of elevator has few requirement for the kind, feature and sizes of materials , even can elevate material of abrade and high temperature material with temperature less than 250 degrees. The advanced designing principle guarantees the reliable operation of the complete machine.Model:d450 capacity(t/h):69.5/48.0 weight of elevator and chain per meter(kg/m):21.30 belt width(mm):500 belt layer:5 speed(m/s):1.25 n(t/min):37.5 max. We are a leading Manufacturer of finish cashew grading machine, cashew kernel grading machine, grading machine, cashew raw grading machine, raw cashew size sorting machine and kaju grader from Surat, India.
Bucket elevator is a national standard product. It is a modified product of d-type bucket elevator. It is suitable for vertical upward transportation of old sand, waste sand, new sand, cleaning iron shot and other granular, small block without grinding or semi-grinding powder materials. Its structure characteristic: the appearance size is small, the occupation area is little, the promotion height is big, the installation maintenance is convenient. There are two kinds of feeding methods: the receiving type and the taking type at the bottom. The material is transported to the top and discharged by centrifugal gravity. The tensioning device of the improved bucket elevator is placed in the lower part with simple superstructure and convenient disassembly and installation. The machine is also equipped with a fine-tuning device, so that the tensioning adjustment is convenient. The feeding mode of this series bucket elevator has the connection type and the bottom take out type, the belt is a high-strength lifting belt, with the characteristics of tear resistance, impact resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, no elongation, no deformation, etc. : the tail wheel structure is a mouse dragon type, to prevent sand from being squeezed into the belt, the head of the elevator is driven by a reducer.
1. Belt bucket elevator is composed of machine head, main frame,Maintenance cylinder,Ventilators, dustpan, dustpanbelt and machine base. 2. The TDTGW series bucket elevator mainly used for the vertical continuous conveying of powdery materials or granular materials. The equipment is of straightforward structure, compact design, good sealing performance, easy installation and maintenance, allowing positive and reverse material feeding, as well as flexible process configuration and layout.
We ultra febtech - an iso 9001:2008 certified company engaged in manufacturing of bucket elevator for material handling equipment machinery.A bucket elevator, also called a grain leg, is a mechanism for hauling flowable bulk materials vertically. It consists of: 1. Buckets to contain the material; 2. A belt to carry the buckets and transmit the pull; 3. Means to drive the belt; 4. Accessories for loading the buckets or picking up the material, for receiving the discharged material, for maintaining the belt tension and for enclosing and protecting the elevator. A bucket elevator can elevate a variety of bulk materials from light to heavy and from fine to large lumps. A centrifugal discharge elevator may be vertical or inclined. Vertical elevators depend entirely on the action of centrifugal force to get the material into the discharge chute and must be run at speeds relatively high. Inclined elevators with buckets spaced apart or set close together may have the discharge chute set partly under the head pulley. Since they don't depend entirely on the centrifugal force to put the material into the chute, the speed may be relatively lower.
