1. After cleaning the oil and grease of waste aluminum, manually put it into the furnace with a forklift;


2. Ignition for melting furnace .Heat up to 680C, and input appropriate proportion of alloy elements. Heat up to 800C, melt and stir evenly, then fetch samples to the spectrometer for testing.

Every lot of production need to do testing .


3. Put A tool that attracts iron into the furnace by forklift, to suck away the iron in the aluminum water.


4. Put the slag agent into Alu liquid to remove the slag. After slag removed , put the slags into Aluminum ash separation machine , and let the aluminum water and ash separate. The proportion of slag agent and aluminum liquid is 1:500


5.Open the drain valve and the aluminum water flows automatically to the ingot production line After the ingot casting is completed, the ingot stacking robot will stack the ingots, which means the production is completed.

Magnetic Liquid Traps separator are designed to extract the ferrous materials from the slurry or liquid raw materials in order to purify the material in the production process. Strong magnetic traps filter the flow and extract the unwanted ferrous metal. While the slurry and liquid flows around the magnetic tubes, a very strong magnetic field (generated by the neodymium NdFeB magnets inside of the tubes) traps all metallic particles on the surface of the tubes.

Magnetic bars are usually made of SUS304,SUS316 or SUS 316L tubes filled with permanent magnets by specialized design. Either round or square shape bars are available for customers' requirements for special applications.

Size: Our standard magnetic bar is 25 mm (1 inch) in diameter and any length per customers' request up to 2500mm, the diameter of round magnetic bar can be smallest 10 mm and largest 101.6 mm .

How Electromagnet Works?
Here we take scrap steel for example. An electromagnet can be used for moving scrap steel from one place to another. In a scrapyard, a crane has a large iron disc that is not a permanent magnet. The crane operator lowers the electromagnet into a pile of scrap steel and then switches on the electricity. This causes the steel disc to become a powerful magnet. Scrap steel is attracted to the disc. When the operator switches off the electricity, the scrap steel falls off the disc. In this way, large amounts of scrap steel can be moved easily from one place to another.

Rectifier Controllers
Electromagnets require direct current power for operation. Whether used in manual or automated handling of ferrous parts, they must release the work as readily as they attract and hold. Release is a function of the rectifier and not the magnet. These rectifiers incorporate a provision for reverse current that ensures positive release of even those alloy steels which are magnetically retentive. Variable power and remote control are available. Rectifiers and rectifier-controllers are designed to provide reliable D.C. power for industrial electromagnets.
