Roller Hearth Kiln is a furnace that loads the product on the roller and make continuous production. It is used in various processes, including plastic working, firing, drying and degreasing, for a variety of production. It is designed to implement continuity of automated production system and show excellence in speed variation by roller running per zone and rapid heat-up capability.

Bogie type furnace, the structure of furnace is that there is a portable bogie on the bottom . Before heating, charging the bogie outside the furnace, the heating pieces put on the special iron, then the bogie will be pulled into the furnace by tractor, then will be pulled out for unloading, the heating work piece will be lift by the crane onto the metal forming equipment for processing. Our company produces these types of the bogie type furnace: (1)High temperature series (furnace temperature 0-1200 degree), bogie type furnace (5 tons - 100 tons) is suitable for high alloy steel for high temperature normalizing, annealing, quenching and tempering and roll. (2)Middle temperature series (furnace temperature 0 -950 degree), bogie type furnace (5 tons - 100 tons) used in general metal parts for normalizing, annealing in the air. (3)Low temperature series (furnace temperature 0 -750 degree), bogie type furnace(5 tons - 200 tons) apply to steel parts tempering, low temperature annealing and cores drying. Rotary Hearth Furnace Based Pig Iron This is the Latest Technology to Produce the Pig Iron or MS Iron out of the Iron Ore Fines and Non-coking Coal. In this Technology, the Coal Consumption is the minimal as compared to the Tunnel Kiln Process or Rotary Kiln Process. Through RHF, either Pig Iron (Fe=96-97% C=3.0-4.0%) or MS Steel (Fe=99% C=0.2% Mn=0.3% etc) or HBI (Hot Briquetted Iron) (Fe=92% C=0.25%) can be made, depending upon the requirement. The entire time for the Reduction, Melting and Product Out will be around 45 min, so the larger capacity of the Plants can be made. This process is also Lowest Space Consuming Plant. The Best Part of this Technology is that we can Product the Ferro Alloys too, like Ferro Nickel (Fe-Ni), Ferro Chrome (Fe-Cr) or Ferro Vanadium (Fe-V) etc from the same Plant, by implementing different Parameters of Operations. We can Control the Low Carbon Ferro Chrome, MS Steel and many more.
