Coffee - Java Preanger

Java Preanger is arabica coffee from West Java, Indonesia . Strictly only red cherry are picked and processed
by the farmers. Processed coffee are sundried in mountain are to prevent excessive heat to the coffee.
In final process, defects are selected out. Maximum of 1 percent defects are tolerable.
Java Preanger is processed so carefully to preserve the volatile organics compound in the coffee.
It has strong fruity and aroma, well balanced betweeen acidity, sweetness, and aftertaste.
