Working principles The system controls the grease pump for periodic running by the monitor. When the system works, the monitor drives the grease pump for outputing grease. The grease is divided to each greasing points through single line distributor. The system releases pressure when finish one time circle work.
Product Overview The L83/AL103 Series is single-line lubrication system, consists of plunger pump, single-line distributor, cycling indicator and monitor, using high-viscosity NLGI-3# grease in alpine and frozen regions. When the system works, the monitor drives the grease pump for out put grease. After entering the grease tube, the high-pressure grease is supplied to each greasing points successively through the grease distributor . If the machinery equipment being lubricated is equipped with the air source, this ALP83/103 grease pump series can leave out its own air pump and air holder.
