Bogie type furnace, the structure of furnace is that there is a portable bogie on the bottom . Before heating, charging the bogie outside the furnace, the heating pieces put on the special iron, then the bogie will be pulled into the furnace by tractor, then will be pulled out for unloading, the heating work piece will be lift by the crane onto the metal forming equipment for processing. Our company produces these types of the bogie type furnace: (1)High temperature series (furnace temperature 0-1200 degree), bogie type furnace (5 tons - 100 tons) is suitable for high alloy steel for high temperature normalizing, annealing, quenching and tempering and roll. Application: This kind of furnace is used for annealing of various kinds of metal work pieces. For example, steel material and copper material. Structure: 1. Furnace shell body: The shell is rolled of 4mm steel plate, with strengthening profiled bar. The inside lining is built of aluminum silicate fiber cotton or bricks and typing bricks that placed evenly. Resistance wire is put on the bricks. 2. Furnace cover The furnace cover is made of 25MM steel plate. An insulating course is made the under-part of the cover. 3. There is a vacuum pressure gauge set on the furnace cover. 4. The furnace retort is made of 8MM stainless steel. A stop-off strip is welded on the bottom .On the top, there is a cooling water jacket and a sand seal device with binding bolt. 5. Heat element There are three kinds of resistance wire , 0Cr25Al5íó0Cr27Al7Mo2 and Cr20Ni80 ,for coiling.
