Purifoam Filters use a high quality medical grade foam that is designed to protect the stoma from dirt and dust entering the airway, while warming and humidifying the incoming air. Purifoam is adhered to the skin using an adhesive strip that has rounded edges for added comfort. Manufactured from beige coloured foam to give a natural aesthetic look. Purifoam has excellent moisture retaining qualities, ensuring good levels of absorbency to give exceptional humidification to the airway for breathing reassurance.
