The wall and roof plates are double-face colored steel sandwich panel with polystyrene plastic foam inside;
The wall is 50mm and the roof is 110mm in thickness;
The steel flooring can be elevating from 400mm to 600mm;
The roof adopts structural waterproof design, and no additional treatment is required;
The structure is solid and reliable and the components of steel frame are galvanized;
The average weight of the house is about 40kg/m2·+
The width of the house is fixed at 5050mm; the length can be extended on the basis dimension of 2200mm by adding any number of 1224mm;
The inside height is 2600mm and the outside height is 2800mm;
The design life of the house is 15years.
The installation can be done with simple tools and no power is needed, all the components are connected via insertion or bolts;
The installation speed is very fast, four persons can install 80 building area of the house in 8hours.
The ready stocks are available for immediate delivery after the l/c is established or other payment mode may be agreed.
One 40' container can load 260square meter.
