Working principle: 1.We use GQ50 rebar cutting machine to splice up the end of the rebar. 2.We use Upset Forging Parallel Thread Machine to forge the end of rebar. 3.We use Parallel Thread Cutting Machine to thread the ends of the rebar which have been forged. 4.An upsetting coupler is used to link the two ends of rebar in parallel thread. 1. Use solid 45# carbon or 40Cr steel as raw material. 2. Tensile Strenth is more than 540MPa, 630MPa and 720MPa. The standard rebar threaded coupler is suitable for connecting two bars of the same diameter, where one bar can be rotated. It comprises an internally threaded sleeve with two right hand threads which are tapered towards the middle of the coupler. The bar ends are square cut and thread is onto the bar. A nominal allowance of +25mm should be allowed per threaded bar end for square cutting the bar end. The couplers are generally torqued onto the reinforcing bar in the bar threading shop, the internal threads protected by plastic end caps. The threaded ends of the continuation bar are protected by plastic thread protectors.
