Drive mechanism Electro- mechanical drive unit is operated by micro processor based
Control panel. The drive unit consists of gears, shaft, crank, safety clutch and ball bearings etc. Which are encapsulated in weather-proof, oil filled chamber for maintenance free and long lasting performance. The operation of the Drive Unit is silent and maintenance free.

Elecrical motor + HP reversible motor 24V DC, 900rpm, 40watt, maintenance free, reversible motor is designed for heavy duty operation. Dual speed and electronic braking provide optimum time for opening and closing with soft landing. Opening and closing time (2-10 sec.) can be adjusted at the site during installation depending on traffic frequency and boom length.

Control panel The electronic control panel controls the direction and speed of the boom movement it is capable of accepting optional safety devices such as beam sensor, magnetic card reader, loop detector etc. The control panel can be fixed in guardroom or inside the barrier box.

Push button A piano type push button is provided inside the guardroom. The barrier is activated by touching the push button for a second. Thus keeping the guard free to pay more attention to security checks.

Remote control The barrier can also be activated by remote control from a distance up to 100 ft. depending upon local environmental conditions. Remote Control is an inbuilt part of the barrier and is not charged extra.

Optical sensors Optical sensor (Photo beam sensor) if installed will forbid boom to come down as long as a car or a person is underneath the boom thus, extra safety is added to vehicle and boom itself (Optional).
BATTERY BACK-UP In case of power failure, battery backup operation is available (Optional).

Proximity card for unmanned barrier and limited access car parking, proximity cards/smart cards/ Biometric access systems of any make can be integrated to HOM barriers at any stage.

AUTO-CLOSE MODE If auto close mode is selected in control panel, the barrier will close automatically after a preset time (10 seconds).

BOOM The boom is made of non-corrosive anodized octagonal aluminum of 2mm thickness, 102mm(H) and 57mm(W). The boom length varies from 4 ft. to 30 ft. Octagonal boom profile for better visibility, strength and aesthetics.

BOOM STAND The boom rests on a stand of height 825mm made of 77mm dia pipe of 3mm thick mild steel.

BODY The body housing of the barrier is made of GI sheet of 18 gauge with dimensions: 395x283 mm x 1067 mm. The body is placed on a concrete platform with a specially designed M S angle platform bolted with the body. The weight of the entire barrier varies from 50 kg to 250 kg depending upon model.

PAINT The barrier body is powder coated in Red colour. White boom has reflective Red tape stripes and a STOP sign in Red at the center of boom.

1. Responsive rotation: The infrared motion sensor perceives the moving objects( or signals), the door rotates automatically.

2. Anti-clamp: The anti-clamp sensor( infrared or extrusive) can avoid the door injuring the person passing by.

3. Emergency button: Push the button on the post, the door will stop immediately.

4. Lower speed: Push the button on the post, the door will rotate slowly.

5. Automatically display of functional status and malfunction: The screen on the post can display the code of doors operational state and the malfunction information.

6. Speed adjustment: Frequency conversion technology can adjust the speed rotate steadily.

7. High-efficiency seal: The high-quality brush keeps draughts, cold and noise outside.

Optional function
1. UPS: In the event of a power failure, the urgency electric power system can supply power to keep the door rotate.

2. Fingerprint identification: The fingerprint system can limit the qualifications of passenger to improve safe performance.

3. Fire central control: The fire control signal of building links to the door, the door unlock or switch to the urgency evacuation mode automatically when the fire alarm rise.

Remote Control - two remote transmitters equipped for operation from distance up to 30-50 meters.

Automatic Reversing System - ensures the door returns to an open position when it meets with an obstruction while in closing mode.

Courtesy Light - light automatically when door is in use. The light will stay on for approximately 3 minutes then turn off automatically.

Easy Manual Disengagement Pull Cord - just pull on cord once to disengaged operator for manual operation in case of power failure.

Auto Close Mode - set your garage door to automatic close 30 seconds after opening. An infrared beam must be installed if this mode is selected.

Safety Infrared Beam - can be fitted to the unit for extra safety protection. Must be fitted for auto-close mode to function.

Open and Close Buttons - built in the unit to help you set the open and close limit positions more quicker and precise.

Auto Run Time - If the motor is left running in the operator for any reason, the Auto Run Time will turn the motor off after 60 seconds.
