2. PRODUCT CHARACTERISTIC

Elastomeric bearings are composed of rubber and steel plates which are chemically bonded through vulcanization. The thickness of the bearing is calculated to ensure the load, displacement and rotation as the requirement.

Elastomeric bearings are simple geometric structures, bringing convenience during the installation, operation and maintenance. In addition, this type of bearing provides high resistance of vibrations impacted to the bridge span structures and piers.
