ZZW Self operated temperature control valve includes a double edged sword: temperature sensor and globe valve.And self operated temperature control valve doesn't need exterior energy,and uses the key of liquid thermal expansion and liquid incompressibility to attain automatic control.The liquid expansion within the temperature sensor is uniform, therefore the self operated temperature control valve is proportional control.The ZZW self actuated temperature control valve working principle:
Based on the action type and application, the self operated temperature control valve is split into heating type, cooling type and mixing(/diverting) type. Place the temperature sensor in to the medium that should control the temperature.
(1) Once the temperature from the medium increases, the liquid within the sensor expands, the pressure overcomes the spring thrust, pushes the valve plug downward, and also the valve is commonly closed, therefore lowering the flow rate from the heat medium.
(2) Once the medium temperatures are less than the set value, the temperature sensitive liquid shrinks, and also the spring pushes the valve plug to spread out, growing the flow rate from the heat medium, so the temperature from the controlled medium has a tendency to rise. The cycle is repeated so the temperature worth of the controlled medium is definitely inside the allowable selection of the set temperature.
