Introduction
FM 5000 cellulose fiber feeder is in order to cooperate with the production of asphalt mixing station, according to the engineering design flow, add quantitative granular or powdered asphalt modifier to the asphalt mixture timely and accurately, make asphalt modifier disperse in the asphalt mixture evenly, thus enhance the stability of the asphalt mixture, improve the paving asphalt roadbed quality, prolong the pavement service life.
System Composition:
FM 5000 cellulose fiber feeder is composed of PLC control system, storage bin, screw conveying system, electronic weighing system, dosing system, fault alarm system and other control systems. All parts of the equipment are installed on a single frame, which is convenient for lifting, transportation and field installation.
Working Principle:
According to the characteristics of granular or powdered asphalt modifier, the machine adopts electronic weighing method, add quantitative granular or powdered asphalt modifier to the asphalt mixture timely and accurately according to the engineering design flow. During production, the particles or powder asphalt modifier is poured into the hopper, the whole feeding process is carried out under the control of PLC program automatically after the hopper door is closed . The feeding screw conveying system transfers the asphalt modifier in the hopper, such as anti-rutting agent and lignin fiber particles and so on, to the weighing hopper for weighing, and then waits for feeding signal after weighing accurately. After receiving the feeding signal from the PLC control system, the discharging screw conveyor sends the asphalt modifier with accurate weight to the asphalt mixing cylinder through a two-stage blower immediately, to realize the mixing of asphalt modifier and asphalt aggregate, and finally dispersing it evenly into the asphalt mixture. There is always a certain amount of material in the warehouse, which is added to the metering system timely. So it goes around automatically.
