Application: used in production of lacquer materials designed for improvement of colouring agent wet-out and dispersion, increase of sedimentation stability of pigment suspension for 20-30%, reduction of light organic pigment flotation, dispersion time reduction for 30-50%. Due to surface activity and complete compatibility with different organic solvents, copper naphthenate is adsorbed on pigments, decreases discharge of main desiccants for 25-30% at the same time possesses activity synergism with Co and Mn, increases enamel coating firmness and reduces drying time to level 3. Trade dress: calcium naphthenate as a solution in white spirit. Appearance: unclouded homogenous light yellow liquid.

II. Characteristics: This product is made of inorganic copper salts of naphthenic acid soap solution by complex decomposition reaction, for the green oil-like liquid, as a help drier and the main driers with the use, can also be used for ink driers, road color brick enhanced luster agent.

III. Use: This product is used for marine Primer antifouling agent, fungicide and catalyst, unsaturated polyester inhibitor, to prolong the canning time, submarine cable and general cable waterproofing agent, used for pesticides and insecticides, used in wood, rope, canvas, paper, NET and other fiber products coating mold, preservatives.

IV. Recommended dosage: 0.05-0.2% (Metal to resin solid part)

The main purpose

This product is mainly used for making salts of naphthenic acid, sodium salt is cheap emulsifier, encourage agricultural agents, textile industry detergent; lead, manganese, cobalt, iron, calcium salts of printing inks and coatings desiccant; copper, mercury salts are used as wood preservatives and pesticides, fungicides; grease for aluminum and napalm and flares. Its nickel, cobalt, molybdenum can be used as organic synthesis catalyst and driers, certain salts can be used as a special oil additives, naphthenic acid-carbon aliphatic esters suitable for precision machinery oil, for telephones, watches, measuring instruments and other aspects. It can also be used for making synthetic detergent, pesticides, rubber accelerator and used as a solvent.
