9YFQ-2.2 straddle square baler is a new type of positive traction and straddle square bale pickup baler independently developed by our company. It is mainly composed of pickup, Dragon and fork conveyor, compression piston, compression chamber, baler and knotter structure, transmission system, frame, traction frame and protective cover system.
The machine is pulled by a tractor of more than 60 horsepower (including 60 horsepower) and moves forward across grass ridges such as wheat grass and grass; the power is transmitted to the input shaft of the gearbox of the baler through the tractor power output shaft. Then, the output shaft connecting rods and sprockets at both ends of the gearbox are successively transmitted to the pickup, conveying and feeding system, piston compression mechanism, knotter and other mechanisms; the processes of forage pickup, conveying and feeding, compression binding, threading and tying, and bale releasing are automatically completed in turn. Bales are arranged neatly on the ground accordingly to the fixed direction.
