YWC Series 15ppm Bilge Separator (15ppm Bilge Separator) is a kind of environmental protection product designed based on International Maritime Organization IMO MEPC 107(49) standard, the oil content in effluent water â?¤ 15ppm. This separator is the high-tech newest product which can effectively dispose all kinds of fluids in bilge water including fuel oil, high-density residual oil and emulsion mixture combined with black ferric oxide and surfactant. YWC Series 15ppm Bilge Separator (15ppm Bilge Separator) of 9 types with the capacity from 0.25m3/h to 5.00 m3/h, The smallest type is YWC-0.25 which can be installed on ship less than 1000DWT. The biggest type is YWC-5.00 which can be installed on ship more than 300 thousand DWT. This separator can also be used in industrial and petroleum, besides in ship vessels. The effluent oil content from YWC can meet any standards of Environment Bureau in China. Marine Bilge Oily water separator (OWS) for ships is a special machine for the marine or shipping industry. They can be used to separate a mixture of oil and water into their respective components. They are found on ships and are used to separate oil from oily wastewater, such as bilge water, before it is discharged into sea or other waters in the nature. These wastewater discharges must meet the requirements of the The International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships, 1973 as modified by the Protocol of 1978. Any vessel of 400 gross tons and above but less than 10000 gross tons shall be equipped with oil filtering equipment approved by the competent authority. The oil content of the oil mixture discharged into the sea through the oil filtering equipment shall not exceed 15 ppm. Any ship of 10000 gross tons and above shall be equipped with the Bilge Oily water separator (OWS) approved by the competent authority. And a device which can give an alarm and automatically stop the discharge of the oil mixture when the oil content of the discharge exceeds 15 ppm shall be installed. There are many methods of oil-water separation, including physical separation, chemical separation and electrical separation. The 15ppm bilge oil water separator built by TUF Marine (Chongqing Perpetual) is designed by the combination of gravity separation and filtration adsorption. Among them, the mixture after gravity separation completed by the separation drum can be less than 15ppm, and the mixture after filtration and absorption completed by the polishing filter can be less than 5ppm. Ethanol alcohol distillation column 1. It is standard 95-96% alcohol equipment. Also it can distill pure water. 2.The distillation system has  three columns  and  continuous  distillation  process.The process is the  same as industrial(large scale) alcohol equipment.  Mash distillation  column distills  fermented  mash or light alcohol  to 50% alcohol ethanol . It has red copper bubble cap trays, standard design. It auto continuously feeds material liquid, auto continuously produces 50% alcohol ethanol and auto continuously discharges waste,  ethanol discharge in waste 0.05%, better than international standard requirements. The first rectification distillation  column  increases  alcohol degree  to 70-75% ,  separates  fusel oil and high boiling point  Impurities.  It auto discharges waste water,  ethanol discharge in waste 0.05%, better than international standard requirements. The second rectification distillation  column  increases alcohol degree to 95%,  separates low boiling point  impurities  like acetaldehyde and methanol . 3.  The rectification system uses  industrial(large scale) standard process, but the whole set alcohol equipments are installed in one frame, like integration  module, even  you can run it by a button.
