Eco Pocket Filters are multi-pocket bag filters that are made with Irema Irelands Micro Media welded cut pockets, which are ultrasonically welded, cut to size and supported by a corrosion resistant metal or plastic frame. Each pocket is ultrasonically welded with 6 rows of internal spacers to allow the pocket inflate and provide an even airflow distribution, resulting in full utilisation of the air filter as well as much reduced initial resistance. Each separator is welded to the top and bottom layers of the media; the result is a strong seal, capable of withstanding high pressures of over 1000Pa. The ultra-fine and course micro fibres are designed for optimal particulate capture. They come in a variety of sizes and filtration efficiencies from F5-F9/ePM1-10/MERV5-16.
