Primary Automatic Return Polyurethane Belt Cleaner 1. The blade is molded with wear-resistant polyurethane, characterized by high strength, high wear resistance and excellent impact resistance. 2. Each blade is equipped with an automatic returning device, and superior for its good noise absorption, vibration relief and tensioning. When the conveyor belt uneven surface, such as vulcanization joints, belt buckles and belt repair surface, passes through the blades, the blades in contact with will subject to a certain pressure from the conveyor belt uneven surface, ejects and evades slightly to the opposite direction of the conveyor belt to protect the conveyor belt. After the conveyor uneven surface passed, the evading blade can get the rebound tension through the automatic returning device, make the blade reattached to the conveyor belt surface to continue to work. 3. The spring adjusting seat design enhance the impact resistance of the whole blade set and is friendly for installation and adjustment. 4. Installed below the center line of the head pulley. 5.
