Robot composition

Robot select servo motor with Profibus interface, Each motion shaft is equipped with a servo motor and a speed reducer,two axes of motion shaft, a total of two sets of servo motors and two speed reducers. Use pneumatic robot manipulator, adjustable pressure,with pressure cushion valve, ensuring the clamping action smoothly, The gripper equipped with sensors mechanism that can automatically sense the object, and notifies the control center for pick and place objects.

Control system

The control system consists of industrial machine PC, LCD components. The system has a strong Profibus communication.Capable of real-time data to the Ethernet, the ability to control commands sent to the bus by way of the servo system, so that the whole movement is quite smooth. The system can be preset a variety of workpiece program , When replacement can call the appropriate program on the PC.
