NANOTAL is a high purity mineral composed of hydrated magnesium silicate originating with exceptional high brightness from the worldâ??s best reserves in India. Talc is the worldâ??s softest and most hydrophobic mineral â?? insoluble and inert. It adds new features to products and makes processes more efficient. The performance of TALC products depends on its particle shape (aspect ratio) and particle size distribution. Our product portfolio offers a wide range of milling characteristics, including a narrow particle spectrum and efficient PSD curves. A variety of applications ranging from Paper, Paints, Polyester Putties, Plastics, Adhesives, Cosmetics, Ceramics and many more is being catered by NANOTEC INDIA product range. Our products are from the purest reserves with controlled residue resulting in some diversely crafted products with precisely controlled particle size distribution for high tech applications .under brand name â??NANOTALâ?? having good barrier properties, reinforcement property, scrub property, gloss, non-yellowing property, corrosion and coverage.
Ultrafine NANOTAL provides enhanced reinforcement properties in rubber / elastomer applications. NANOTAL lamellar particles create an impermeable barrier, substantially reducing air and liquid transmissions. NANOTAL also diminishes plasticizer evaporation, resulting in good thermal and weathering resistance, there by extending service life and imparts excellent barrier properties. NANOTAL is reinforcing filler and a processing aid in rubber applications and is particularly suited to high impermeability applications.
NANOTAL has the ability to absorb moisture, absorb oils, absorb odor, serve as a lubricant and produce a feel good effect in human skin. Finely ground talc is also used as the powder base of many cosmetic formulations. The tiny platelets of a talc powder readily adhere to the skin but can be washed off easily. NANOTAL softness allows it to be applied and removed without causing skin abrasion.
Naturally occurring hydrophobic, platy structured mineral improves reinforcement & stiffness to the end product. Further being chemically inert powder, helps to improve water resistance, chemical resistance and general weatherability. Talc increase the non-Thixotropic viscosity, betters resistance to cracks, dimensional stability and shrink resistance in epoxy sealant, joint compound & automotive putties.
Talc being an inert material is exhibiting enormously less reactivity compared to the other fillers. Itâ??s us use in agriculture as a barrier against the minute particles and dust further also act as a carrier in the feed premixes and agricultural chemicals like pesticides.
An ultrafine series of NANOTAL is recommended for seed coating to form a uniform micro layer over the seed grains to overcome the problem of moisture formation & disallows premature germination.
Features Of Talc Magnesium silicate has a trade name of Talc. It possesses lubricating properties, high luster and sheen. The colour of the material varies from the pure white to silvery white. It is one of the softest mineral and has a soapy feel. Applications Cosmetics ceramics paints Plastic Detergent
Talc (Soapstone/Steatite) is a naturally occurring mineral primarily composed of magnesium, silicon, and oxygen and also referred to as Magnesium Silicate Powder. It is known for its softness, chemical inertness, and ability to absorb moisture, making it highly useful across various industrial applications. It is available in white powder with the particle size range of 40 to 10 microns.
It is an important filler in paints, detergents and soaps & semi-reinforcing filler in rubber. Filler in paint & rubber, Ceramic, agro, Detergents, Soaps, animal feed coating.
