Quality Control Features:
Stable Quality: We use high-quality PET flakes sourced from clean drinking bottles. Our stock levels are maintained at 2000 MT, with a daily capacity of 100 MT, ensuring consistent quality across lots.
Nice Resilience: The resilience of PSF is enhanced by the raw material's viscosity (IV). We ensure that all materials have an IV value of over 0.72.
Effective Control on Fusion Points: We control PVC content to prevent fusion points, with strict limits of no more than 200 ppm. Our oven tests ensure compliance with these standards.
Bright Color: We only use raw materials with less than 1000 ppm yellow flakes to maintain the brightness of the final product.
Inspection: Functional polyester staple fiber can be produced according to customer requirements and has passed BS5852 and ASTM E2149-10 testing. Inspections before shipment are also available.
