Grade VMC: It is white powder, ketone soluble with colorless, transparent solution, and because of the carboxyl functional group, it has excellent adhesion on metal, especially on aluminum foil, the resin foil also has a good adhesion on PVC, ABS, paper, textiles, beton, etc.Moreover, it offers a desirable balance of chemical resistance, solubility, diaphaneity, film strength, and thermoplasticity. Application:
VMC grade yields the good balance of solubility and viscosity properties needed for high-build, air-dry maintenance finishes,and it is often used to make coatings and adhesives applications where higher solids are desirable. It can be used in air-dry finishes, such as maintenance,marine,and metal coatings, interbedded adhesive,aluminum foli varnish,UV surface treatment,UV primer,thermal transfer adhesive, shoe adhesive, ink-jet and metal inks,etc.
Package, storage and transportation:
* In kraft bag, lined with pp bags of 25kgs net, with PE inner bag.
* Store in a dry and ventilated place, do not place in open-air, avoid storage in direct sunlight and caution against wet.
* Must be transported in clean vehicle with awning and keep away from moisture.
* It is NOT hazardous article, and the shelf life is one year from the production date.
For furniture wood coating: Vinyl resin mvaf got excellent compatibility when it combined with alkyd resin, it will help to improve the leveling property, solvent released property, abrasive resistance and so on. Eco-friendly. For gravure printing ink: Vinyl resin mvaf got the excellent dispersibility to pigment, it will help to improve the color contrast property, after-soluble property and the combined strength of the ink. For white ink and yellow ink, mvaf would be the best choice. For plastic coating: Vinyl resin mvaf got the excellent adhesion force to various of plastics (abs, pc, pvc etc.). To prevent the ïliftingï problem, our suggestion is dissolved vinyl resin mvaf with ester solvents. Moreover, vinyl resin mvaf performed very well for the function of directional alignment to silver powder and matting powder.
