Palm sugar is a sweetener derived from any variety of palm tree. Palm sugar is sometimes qualified by the type of palm, as in coconut palm sugar. While sugars from different palms may have slightly different compositions, all are processed similarly and can be used interchangeably
We Supply Organic Palm Sugar origin from Indonesia and it has 3 grades with its specification.
Palm Sugar Grade A
This Palm sugar has a water content of <2%, dark brown in color, 100% made from coconut/palm sap, and export standards.
Palm Sugar Grade B
This Palm sugar has a water content of <3%, a lighter brown color than grade A, 100% made from coconut/palm sap, and local standards.
Palm Sugar Grade C (Arenga Sugar)
This Palm sugar is by request. In some cases, vendors order from us on a custom basis, for example Palm sugar with 80% sap material mixed with 20% granulated sugar.
All our product has a shelf life of 1 year.
