Jiangxi JMCG Axle Gear Co.,Ltd is a state-owned factory specializing in spiral bevel gears of axles since 2004. It is located in Nanchang, a famous historic and cultural city in Jiangxi province, China.
Our factory covers 85,538 square meters. There are 125 staffs including 22 engineers and 43 technicians. All the staffs are well-trained. We have advanced gear equipment, most of them are imported from Gleason and Ipsen. For the high quality production, there are CNC hypoid cutting machine, IPSEN Double-row Continuous Furnace, Box-type furnace and Gleason Quenching Press Machine CNC Smart lapping machines, CNC hypoid bevel gear grinding machine (we are also the first automobile gear manufacturer who imported the 275HG grinding machine in China). The variable pitch gear box is an important part of the fan variable pitch system, its main function is to increase the torque of the variable pitch motor on the variable pitch bearing, drive the blade to change the blade pitch Angle at different wind speeds, so that the blade is in the best state of absorbing wind energy, and can drive the blade feathering brake when the wind speed exceeds the cutting wind speed, so as to ensure the machine to run efficiently and smoothly. The variable gear box transmission mechanism is composed of multiple planetary gear trains, usually 3 stages, and the planetary transmission form is NGW type.
