These onion flakes are better substitutes as it brings equal taste and aroma to the food. In some dishes, the large dimensioned dried onion flakes are not suitable. Therefore, a finer product, i.e., the onion powder, is considered. The dried onion powder is produced from the onion flakes, Kapcha Kibble, outsize remaining materials or byproducts produced during the processing of Onion Minced, Chopped, and Granule. At first, it is processed through a grinding machine, and then, it is passed through the Vibro table of net size below 100 or 120 mesh. This onion powder is also known as Dehydrated Onion Powder. It has a longer expiry date (up to 24 months) from the date of packing. Therefore, the freshness remains intact, even without any preservatives
