Orpat was established in 1941 by Shri Odhavji R. Patel in Morbi, Gujarat. Since its humble beginnings in a small workshop for the production of wall clocks, Orpat has expanded into a state of the art manufacturing facility spanning over 30 lakh sq ft with a workforce of over 3000 women and men.
